Job description

Experience:- The candidate should have work experience in HSE, 5S, Responsible care, ISO Standards, Sustainability, Govt. Laws for health & safety, fire, pollution, Motor Vehicle Act, etc.
Job Responsibility:-
1. Develops and administers various programs to ensure health & safety, safety at workplace to employees, company assets, construction sites & buildings.
2. Conduct safety audit and Identifying risks and trends and then taking appropriate action to minimize, mitigate or eliminate.
3. Enforcing timely corrective action where improvements are required.
4. Compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.
5. Developing beneficial relationships with external organizations and professional bodies.
6. Develop & monitor training/counseling programs for drivers on health & safety.
7. Plans and implements training for employees in work site safety practices.
8. Maintains safety files and records to report the management on monthly/quarterly basis.
9. Design and conduct various safety campaign in public places to promote Safety initiatives of Transport Corporation Of India LTD.
10. Prepare annual plan & budgets for safety drive.
11. Separate KPIs with reference to accidents, mishaps, fatalities, near miss, etc. will be defined which the person has to own up.
12. Be present for monthly reviews with all stake holders.
