Mistake that the new employee make in his workplace

New employee are very much excited, more interested,highly energetic, overwhelmed,have the mentality to express their feelings without fully understanding about the surrounding environment wants to make a new mark in the new job.

Its very difficult to understand and getting synchronise with the same wavelength of the crew obviously it will take some time the first two to three month will be different and difficult.

The following are the worst mistake which makes you in the workplace makes difficult to integrate with the new work crew and create a bitter which may turn against you.

1. New employer have the procedure to follow going ahead without understanding about the new procedure forgetting about what's is meant to be follow.

2. Pointing out new ways that you did with previous employer is better than the present employer.

3. Giving new ideas, suggestion and proposal immediately before consulting with anyone.Don't try to fly before learning about the new environment, you will fell down.

4. Expressing shock and disappointment about the way that your new employer doing a task. Observe why they are doing the things in that way.

5.Going beyond the structural hierarchy and expressing your new interest will definitely turn against you.

6.  Giving unsolicited plan for an task getting yourself into the discussion

You are team members now keep that in mind, making yourself bonding with the team will only make you successful put the team first you don't have to tell anybody how smart you are, how up to date. It will gradually experience by your surrounding but be careful about your words which are easily go against you. Focus yourself with getting integrate with the new team than focusing on the ideas.
